Design

Performing construction works is another activity of ALEX ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION. In the second quarter of 2015, we established АЛЕКС ИНЖЕЊЕРИНГ & ГРАДЕЖНИШТВО company as an organization specializing in construction works.

The architectural concept of construction is adapted to all operational and technological requirements of casinos and hotels.

The concept of a building represents a modern look which will fit in the environment and conceptually satisfy all functions set as meta requirements, such as: accessibility, mobility, transparency, safety and potential use of modern construction materials.

After the completion of the works, we create a project of the executed project for architecture, electricity and ventilation.

Some of our works include:
Measuring and preparing drawings of the existing state, architectural and electrical designs, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) designs and installation, 3D visualization using SketchUp, preliminary works, electrical installations – low and high voltage distribution system, plumbing and sanitary products, plasterwork, painting (painting techniques), floor works, decorative and applicable works, sliding doors and entrance doors with access control, bars, cash desks, wood and doors installation.

In addition to the above, we perform internal measuring of both high and low voltage distribution systems for every cable, we provide programming, functional testing and putting all systems into operation, and we assist the client with the preparation of the documents for the application for connection to electrical distribution networks.

Upon completion of works, we prepare an as-built design for the architecture, electrical energy and ventilation, provide training course (instructions) on the use of all systems for the slot clubs staff as well as technical support during the slot clubs operation.
